The Thesis
The Practice is the operating system a working practitioner built to run his own business under real stakes: research that cites its sources, drafting that knows its guardrails, workflows that compound instead of resetting every morning. Now it is education and infrastructure for the professionals who want the same.
The market has caught up to the thesis. In May, the two laboratories with the most capable models on earth each stood up a billion-dollar firm that does nothing but put their technology to work inside real companies. MIT's field study of enterprise AI found the same thing from the other direction: pilots run with an outside partner who had already solved deployment reached production at twice the rate of internal builds. The scarce thing is not the model. It is the practice.
